Dr. Natura Colonix Day One

Today wasn't too bad, the fiber drink isn't really that bad. The pills are easy to take. What is going to be hard for me is drinking water 32 ounces per day(2 liters). I starting to feel the effects this afternoon, my stomach was bubbling a little, I could tell that stomach was busy. So far nothing else has happen, I'm thinking in the morning I should see something, especially after I drink the tea tonight.

Why Did I Gain Weight?

Why I gain weight? That is a good question. I am really trying to figure that out. Did I gain because my lifestyle changed completely? I this normal for relationship in the beginning? Am I sick?

Am I sabotaging my body to see how true Matthew love truly is? Or am I on the path to self destruction, making myself fat so I can't go back to being a "party girl". This way I won't be tempted to venture out to the nightlife and screw up things with Matthew. Because a girl can get into a lot of trouble out there. I've tried going out a few times and I can tell you what a difference. I actually have to wait behind the velvet rope, something I am not accustomed to. Are people really that shallow to where they won't let the chubby girl in, even if she has a cute face?

I wish I had an answer.

Okay I changed my strategy, the “Master Cleanse” I am no longer doing. You really have to be in the right mindset to do it and I cannot seem to get with the program. It is difficult to stop eating completely. However, I did find this wonderful website with a pretty intense cleansing system. It has hundreds and I do mean hundreds of testimonials to how this product really does wonders. What really convince me were all of the pictures of what came out of people. The Master Cleanse had pictures but they were not people from this country, mostly third world countries. I should have my order tomorrow, Saturday at the latest. DAY ONE-WEEK ONE

10:00 am
I am sitting and waiting for the sea salt flush to work, so far the results aren't that great. I am going to try and walk around my home to see if that will help. I don't want to go to work feeling like this. I know tomorrow will be better because I would have had one full day of drinking the psyllium husk/bentonite shake. It is suppose to help clean the inner walls of the intestine and help push the toxins out.

Okay I made it through day one, it was really hard at one point, my car almost drove to Mickey D's. But I stopped her. I can't wait to get through the end of the week. You know I never realize how many food commercials there are....a lot!!. thank God there is only farms on the way to work, no fast food joints.

The Master Cleanse

NOTE: This is not a diet, this is detoxification system. I use it to just start a diet, or to clear up my skin, my mind, my sinus, if I am about to change my eating habits or start a major exercise program. This is the best detox ever. Of course one of the benefit is that you may loose a few pounds.

I'm about to do the "Master Cleanse" again. I've tried twice since living with Matthew and failed, but they say the 3rd time is a charm. I think my mind-set is ready, I think. Please check back to see how I am doing. I will be blogging my experience while detoxing. If you would like to do the cleanse, just follow the summary listed below:

Each day, Drink 6 to 12 glasses of Lemonade made of:

-10 oz. spring water, no tap water-2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice from ORGANIC lemons, wash lemons w/ soap & hot water before cutting and juicing

-2 tablespoons of Grade B Organic Maple Syrup (not maple colored sugar syrup)

-1/10th of a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper flakes. Depending on lemon size, 1 lemon will make 2

-4 Tablespoons of lemon juice. Also, Drink a Psyllium and Bentonite shake 3-5 times a day and it must be at least 1 hour before AND 1 hour. After anything you eat. (The P&B shake will absorb any and all nutrients at the same time it absorbs pesticides, toxins, heavy metals, etc.) It's other main function is to physically clean your intestines/bowels. Mix or shake thoroughly and drink immediately before it thickens:

-8-10oz of spring water-1 Tablespoon of Whole Psyllium Husk (or 1 TEASPOON of Psyllium Husk Powder)

-1 Tablespoon of Bentonite Liquid (Made by Great Plains or Sonne's #7)Drink a laxative tea at night before going to bed every night starting the night before you start the lemonade. (I like Smooth Move by Traditional Medicinals)

First thing in the morning, "chug" or drink at one time 32oz of lukewarm spring water with 2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt mixed in. You must use Sea Salt! Do not use regular iodized table salt! The Sea Salt flush is the same specific gravity as blood. Hence, your kidneys will not absorb it or try to filter it in your body. It will stay in your bowel sand wash your intestines and colon. You must do the laxative and sea salt water flush or else you won't eliminate the toxins that your body is removing and putting in the colon. If they stay there, the toxins will make you feel ill. Just like when you get a really, really deep massage that releases the toxins in your muscles, you can feel ill if you don't flush them out.

At the end of the cleanse (minimum of 10 days) you must ease back into food. It is very important to go back gently.

Recommended:
Day one: fresh squeezed Organic Orange Juice.

Day two: breakfast-Orange Juice
-Afternoon Vegetable Soup Broth(freshly made, no canned soup) don't use chicken broth as base. Only water and vegetables w/little bit of sea salt, spices.

Day Three: If you've been a vegetarian up till now you can eat normally.
If you've been a meat and dairy eater it is recommended to have a glass of lemonade as your breakfast drink from now on to dissolve the mucus that is formed by meat and dairy products.

New Reasons to Lose Weight






If this doesn't convience me to lose weight nothing will!!


I am putting it out in the amosphere that I will be a size 8 by mid-summer !

Didn't see it

I think the main reason why I started gaining weight is my lifestyle change. I use to go out all the time after work. Now days I just go home and cook dinner for Matthew and I and look at the boob tube. We are busy on the weekends, but I am not going out to clubs, so I am not wearing my skimpy tops and so I am not knowing how much I gained, not dancing, which means I am not burning carbs. Our place did not have a full length mirror so I did not realize how much I put on. Which would explain all of the fat pictures I've have taken lately.

Also, I was only eating basically once a day, in the evening after work, after Matthew worked out, with meant it around 9: 00 when we ate mostly. BIG MISTAKE!

So now 165 pounds later I am trying to figure out which is the best route to lose the weight. I started parking my car almost a mile away so it forces me to do more walking. I am forcing my self to eat breakfast which is really hard, because I hate eating in the morning unless it is the weekend. Lunch is hard sometimes because I am in a groove at work and don't want to stop. I still haven't master the skills of preparing dinner any earlier, but hopefully one day it will change.
