Also, I was only eating basically once a day, in the evening after work, after Matthew worked out, with meant it around 9: 00 when we ate mostly. BIG MISTAKE!
So now 165 pounds later I am trying to figure out which is the best route to lose the weight. I started parking my car almost a mile away so it forces me to do more walking. I am forcing my self to eat breakfast which is really hard, because I hate eating in the morning unless it is the weekend. Lunch is hard sometimes because I am in a groove at work and don't want to stop. I still haven't master the skills of preparing dinner any earlier, but hopefully one day it will change.

If you walk 7 miles a day, you will lose weight. The eating thing is not going to do it for you; you'll gain it back. If you walk 7 miles a day your body will use the food you have eaten and turn it into energy. As a result, you will not gain the weight back. If you shock your body into a diet, it'll just be a matter of time before the weight creeps back up. Walk to a place that you like. I usually walk to a shopping center. Once I get there I do extra walking in and out of the shops.
You can do it baby!
try to eat every few hours smell amounts of protien. carry it with you and a big bottle of water always. drink lots of water. be gentle with your self. if you have a craving take one bite, do not deprive your self. then throw the rest away. when you eat out, only eat half the portion of your meal. if you feel tempted to eat more take the salt shaker open it and pour it over the rest of the food.
you can do this one day at a time. remember lots of water. if you get hungry you can also have a table spoon of suger free peanut butter. stick with the protiens, they will keep you full longer. but also have balance, just protiens first.also, ans i know you don't want to hear this, no soda, or alcohol. i love you. and keep up the walking. this is a life stle change, not a diet.
